The Iowa Tax Table update is on hold until updates for other states with little to no significant changes have been completed as it will take time to implement.  In the meantime, please review the latest documentation in the LMS stating that employees will be utilizing categories. A new 2025 IA W-4 form is included.

Tax Table Update Priority List

If you are updating Tax Tables this year, here are your priorities:

1. Access the LMS-Year End Checklist

2. Download and install WinSCP 

3. Wait for Argos to send you credentials for the SFTP.

4. In the meantime, review this LMS course - D: Payroll Tax Rate Updates + Government Utility

5. Download the Government Utility release.

6. Update Tax Tables before starting a 2025 payroll.
